I understand that participation in the CJAR Pickleball event involves physical activity and may carry a risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, collisions, or other injuries.

By registering for and participating in this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Central Jersey Animal Rescue (CJAR), its officers, directors, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, The Club @ Monroe, and the owners, managers, employees, and agents of The Club @ Monroe from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Central Jersey Animal Rescue (CJAR) and The Club @ Monroe from any claims or liabilities resulting from my participation.
